When I called the front staff was super compassionate and got us in within 20 minutes of calling and hitting the road. They made us feel welcomed and took the time to help our little pup feel better. The staff and doc were great and very caring. It had a mom and pop feel with specialized care. They actually checked in the next day to see if she was doing better. Also, very reasonable pricing considering an emergency appointment for a new patient with multiple tests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a call! Will be back for routine care! About 4 people did show up when we arrived, and they were able to see us all despite the fact that the clinic had officially closed for the day.
