Overall the services from Hooves and Paws have been great. But we want to especially thank Dr. Finch and his staff for their kindness and care during the most difficult time. Dr. Finch showed amazing patience and compassion to our beloved dog when it was time to say goodbye. If you have ever felt taken advantage of by a veterinary office, Come try this one. They care more about the Pets above all else. I brought my cat in last week and they emailed me not asking to make an appointment but just to make sure he is OK.

When I called on a busy Saturday Alex answered the phone and squeezed me in right away reassuring me he’d get taken care of. Jess took me back to meet Dr Finch - both amazing! Dr Finch immediately gave my little guy some relief. Jess was so attentive to my little kitten and even got another staff member, Sydney, to come answer any newborn kitten related questions.
