Plumb Quick is a locally owned plumbing company serving Plano, Dallas, and the surrounding DFW area. Customers have had excellent experiences with the team, who are professional, responsive, and make the entire process easy from scheduling to completion. The crew, including Orlando and Justin, is friendly, competent, trustworthy, and efficient. They arrive on time, quickly identify the issue, and complete repairs with great attention to detail, leaving everything clean as they found it. The pricing is fair, communication is clear, and the quality of the work exceeds expectations. One customer had a kitchen sink clogged all of a sudden, and Plumb Quick came quickly and fixed it right up for a reasonable price. Another appreciated that Justin told them it was in their best financial interest to join the maintenance program next time, not this time, showing they put the customer's best interests first. The repairs solved all issues, and customers are very happy, looking forward to using additional services and membership benefits. Overall, people are very impressed and would definitely use Plumb Quick again for any future plumbing needs.
PLUM OUICK WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH A TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER. I HAVE CALLED FOR THREE DIFFERENT SERVICES FROM THEM. I LIKED THE WAY THEY INSTALLED MY NEW TOLIETS. AFTER THE INSALLATIONS THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF CLEANING UP THE AREA. They were prompt in answering the phone for a service call. I got immediate support in getting help with a water leak that was pooling on my wood floors. Orlando not only fixed my plumbing problem but also answered all my concerns! You can tell he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. I think all of the people at Quick Plum are great to do business with!
I’ve never had a better experience with a home service company. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the plumber they sent out, Justin, came SO fast and did a phenomenal job. Provided such a professional and courteous service, I felt really taken care of. Will call again if god forbid I run into any more problems with my plumbing.
Justin showed up on time and fixed my water heater very quickly and when I mentioned my garbage disposal was acting weird he got that fixed for me as well. Very quick and very high quality work. 10/10 would recommend and if I have any issues in the future this is the only place I will call!
