“Great staff. Went in as a walk in but had to make an appointment due to their high volume of patients. Once scheduled I was taken quick care of w very prompt & courteous service. I was treated for an abscess tooth with prescribed antibiotics & pain meds & a lot of care & compassion which was so appreciated. “Overall most of the staff were great! My only complaint goes to my original phlebotomist. I’m sure she meant well, but her communication style was a little too unprofessional for me personally as a patient who is terrified of getting their blood drawn. Happy to elaborate if someone reaches out. My second phlebotomist was amazing! Casual in conversation but still professional when it came to communicating what was happening or going to happen next.“
