My 4 yo daughter was absolutely terrified to go to the doctor (she thought that she would be getting a shot) but everyone she asked from the receptionist to the nurse not only ensured her no shots but also explained why in a kind manner.Dr. Fliedner was amazing, he calmed her nerves and my daughter mentioned how funny he was afterwards.“
