It was a great experience! The Healthcare professional was very kind and efficient. The receptionist went above and beyond. I mistakenly booked for the following day but she got me in, same time slot. That was outstanding because I needed meds to prevent an ear infection.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to recognize the incredible staff here. I brought my nephew in today and he has autism and difficulty communicating. The entire team was so kind and understanding with him, which made a stressful situation so much easier. They even came up with creative ways to make the visit fun and engaging for him, especially since he loves numbers, which meant so much to us. Their level of care was just as good as any pediatric urgent care I have experienced. Thank you to your entire team for the exceptional care!
