“The wait was long as might be expected on a holiday weekend, however the staff were kind and caring with regard to our medical situation. I was shocked to learn that despite the Baylor Scott & White name on the clinic building/door, the clinic did not have any access to the patient’s records at her normal Baylor Scott & White clinic nor would the medical data from this urgent care visit be automatically shared with the patient’s primary care physician.”
