“It was suggested by a minute clinic that we visited that we seek a higher level urgent care for our daughter's reaction to an insect sting because of the severity of the swelling. We were in and out within an hour and half as a walk in at NextCare towards closing time on a Sunday. They got us in and seen and were genuinely concerned about her well-being. The treatment they set up for her was exactly what her pediatrician said she would have done for her. The staff was kind and welcoming and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with their care, which helped so much because of her anxiety from past traumatic medical experiences. I've come to this clinic before and wasn't entirely pleased with the experience, so I was hesitant to give it another try. The clinical staff at this visit was well above par. “After getting a positive Covid-19 test at home, I called Express to see about an appointment. A video call was set up and I received awesome care via technology. Each person I interacted with was professional and compassionate. I’m definitely saving their contact information for future health needs!A few months later I am back with bronchitis. I received excellent and thorough care. They were able to do chest x-rays at the facility, which was convenient and gave me peace of mind to eliminate the possibility of pneumonia.
