“Called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel or reschedule. They want you to give them a 6 hour notice if you cancel. I did not want to reschedule so I canceled. Was told she would refund me this time like it was my fault. Will not try this place again.

“I cannot recommend Susan enough!!! I’ve suffered with migraines for years and tried every device, supplement, chiro and doctor I could find to get rid of them. Luckily my doctor told me to try Susan and her myofascial therapy (which I’ve had done by massage therapists dozens of times before with very limited results). It took a bit to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. In ONE session she identified that one of my legs was longer than the other, adjusted it, and did full body myofascial therapy. I walked out feeling like a totally different person. Not only have I not had a single migraine or even headache since, but I have better flexibility and less tightness all over. I know not everyone with every issue can get such amazing results, but whatever you have going on, this is absolutely worth a try. Just wish I had found Susan years ago!“

My only complaint was that the staff outside the room were talking loudly, screaming, and singing during my session. One of the things I really enjoy about Massage Heights is the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so it was a bit distracting.

It may be helpful to remind staff to keep their voices down near the treatment rooms so guests can fully enjoy their experience. Other than that, everything was wonderful.“
