Acupuncture in Pearland

“I recently relocated from another state was in search for a chiropractic care center. I did some research directed me to Premier Chiropractic. I had my husband accompany me to the appointment to be sure i had a different perspective. When we walked in we were greeted by Kim at the front desk. I was a bit nervous but she reassured me there was no pressure and I could complete a consult. She stated if we felt comfortable we could proceed with the evaluation. We met with Dr. Levingston who is knowledgeable, focused, and made sure we understood the process. He stepped out of the room for a second and my husband and I looked at each other and confirmed this was the place for us. It was a wonderful experience. We then were passed off to Nicholi the rehab tech who was full of positive energy. He greeting us with the warmest smile. He too was knowledgeable and ready to educate me on the machines and at home care.
I normally never leave a review. I thought I should this time I case someone was just as nervous I was. This place makes you feel like family and always willing to assist anyway they can. I know I'll be coming here for a long time.

“Called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel or reschedule. They want you to give them a 6 hour notice if you cancel. I did not want to reschedule so I canceled. Was told she would refund me this time like it was my fault. Will not try this place again.

We received a phone call from Kendall manager at Cloud 9. She apologized for the mishap that originally and occurred and requested an opportunity to make it right. Her and the team and Cloud 9 made it right. I appreciate the call, the great customer service and the great massage that I am wife where able to enjoy. Kendall thank you for making our birthdays great.“

“I recently had an acupuncture treatment for pain (and tightness) on both of my knees with Dr. Li. Both of my knees are definitely feeling much better (most of the pain & tightness disappeared) after this treatment.

I will be back for another treatment next week.
