“My husband has gifted me a Bergamos Spa & Retreat gift card for Christmas two years in a row and honestly it’s become one of my favorite places to reset and take care of myself. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful and the staff makes it even better.<br><br>Rachel was amazing not only did she take great care of me while I was eating but she made some incredible drinks. The lavender French 75 is next level and she even made me a hot and spicy martini for the first time ever and it was absolutely perfect. That’s real talent.<br><br>Sarah was so kind and genuinely a gem. She made me feel welcome and seen and I really appreciated that. Eliza Cynthia and Danny were all so warm and encouraging with real smiles and compliments that felt genuine. They made my whole day better and I’m truly grateful for them.<br><br>Aaron my massage therapist remembered me from my last visit which made the experience feel even more personal. He’s respectful professional and just an all around kind person. The massage was amazing and the conversation was too.<br><br>The Salt Cave is one of my favorite parts. It helps me breathe better manage stress and I always leave feeling refreshed. The sauna and the pool I don’t know if it’s a pool or a giant hot tub but I love it either way are the perfect finishing touches. Clothing optional which I know isn't for everyone but it adds to the freedom and comfort of the space.<br><br>The restaurant is also a standout. The food is fresh and unique and just adds to the whole experience of feeling cared for.<br><br>My only critique and I say this with love is that I wish more people knew about this place. I never would’ve found it if my husband hadn’t been so intentional about finding me somewhere special. There’s barely any promotion and even basic things like Google hours not being updated is disappointing. I saw someone come in right as they were closing because the website said they were open later and they were turned away. That kind of thing can keep people from coming back.<br><br>This spa is absolutely worth the price. It’s not cheap but the experience care and quality are unmatched. I just hope more people get the chance to experience it because it’s truly something special.<br><br>Five stars from me and a big thank you to Rachel Sarah Eliza Cynthia Danny and Aaron. Y’all made my visit memorable and meaningful. I’ll definitely be back.<br><br>September 12th<br>I revisited yesterday after my husband gifted me another gift card, and I was having a hellish day. This place gave me exactly what I needed.<br><br>Danny remembered me and was so kind. She adjusted my schedule and made sure I was able to take advantage of the Night Out special.<br><br>Olivia was an absolute gem. She remembered me from last year and was intentional about making every part of the experience feel special.<br><br>Mikayla was amazing too. I forgot to mention her in my last review, but I definitely wanted to this time. Her energy was great. She made wonderful food recommendations and took the time to make me a strawberry peach drink that was so good. I had the risotto and steak bites and both were delicious. The 50% off food with the spa night special made it even better.<br><br>Jennifer, my massage therapist, has healing hands. She listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and I genuinely feel better today.<br><br>What I appreciate most about this place is how intentional the staff are. They remember you. They make you feel welcome. They make the experience feel personal. I came in after a terrible day and left feeling so much lighter. I’m grateful every time I come back.”
