“I've been going to this salon for years, and in the beginning I was looking for the right vibe with a nail tech. When I tell you I was excited when I met Alley!! She's always been there for me from helping me choose a nail design to choosing the right colors to just relaxing with pleasant, intellectual conversation. I highly recommend her to anyone interested and because I know she won't disappoint. Every time I go in she's more than willing to take a few minutes with me to make sure I understand her and she explains why she wants to change a color or a design and makes sure I approve of it before doing it. I'll always go to Solana for Alley. “GREAT PLACE! My son get nervous sometimes with haircuts and we did many at home due to Covid. He also does not like the buzzer- but he was actually comfortable to use it for the 1st time at snip it’s! They had a tiny one that was very quiet. He even said “mommy she is doing a great job”. She talked to him like a person and made sure he was aware and ok before she did anything. There are toys you can buy but also many cars unboxed to play with while adjusting and waiting. At the end they can put a coin in a machine thing and get a small toy. The best was the understanding and resolve t from the workers! Highly recommend. We have had negative experiences elsewhere in which my son asks for a break and they ignore him and speed up- not here- snip it’s was very patient and positive. My son is 4 for reference and sometimes very confident comfortable/sometimes hesitant and not trusting. We had a woman and I forgot her name and it is bothering me but she was wonderful!”
