I decided to try the membership, and everything is good so far. I just wanted to compliment the masseurs and estheticians, but also the assistant manager Jessie. She was able to take care of an issue and was so respectful and understanding of the miscommunication, and resolved it asap.
Also, be sure to ask about their franchise policies so that you do not get charged extra for something that may not be mentioned in your contract that you sign and agree too. Hopefully they add their internal franchise policies for clients to their contracts.

The front staff was friendly and welcoming Jana (Massage Therapist) was very good! She was attentive to my needs and I absolutely left there feeling relaxed and stress free. I wish they offered complimentary champagne and or nuts to guest like many other places do. However, I will return
