My massage was great!
My only complaint was that the staff outside the room were talking loudly, screaming, and singing during my session. One of the things I really enjoy about Massage Heights is the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, so it was a bit distracting.
It may be helpful to remind staff to keep their voices down near the treatment rooms so guests can fully enjoy their experience. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
