So I’m not happy with this place anymore. I have been on the phone for 2 days trying to get a referral code. The one they keep sending is invalid. So I will be someone else to take care off me.

I loved Dr. Falaki and every single worker here. I haven't gone to a primary care physician in years and now I'm happy to come back whenever needed. She really listened to my concerns and referred me to every doctor I needed. Thank you Dr! the facility was also beautiful and clean

Always a wonderful experience. Lekeytra is the best Nurse Practitioner ever and Dee is the most loving and caring assistant ever. I'm truly blessed to have both of them in my life.Overall a great place to be cared for. The team knows you by name and treats each patient like royalty. You are heard and seen!
