This is the first place I’ve been to in a long time where the staff is well mannered, caring, and diligent with wanting to care for their patients. I know how health care can be, it’s not easy. I’ve dealt with a lot of very mean and ignorant nurses and doctors in the past, but you won’t find that here. They make you feel heard. The wait time bums me out a bit but not much to do about that.

My doctor is a joke.I have only seen her once and when I message her on my chart it’s usually her nurse who answers and has an attitude.When I requested more blood work they told me I’m not due for a few more months and I told them I wanted one redone because I don’t feel like I’m getting better after taking the medicine.What really make me upset is that she just pushes me off to another doctor because she’s always “out” of the office.I have requested to be switched from her to a different doctor and got told I’m not allowed to do that because I haven’t been with them for a year so I would have to go a different jps office instead of the one closes to...read full review

I feel respected and heard. Staff is kind. Space is always clean. Has a pharmacy on-site as well as a social worker should you need help getting approval for a medical matter. He even even made sure I already had food stamps because I qualified. I recommend this clinic location.
