I been coming here for years. But, no longer. I never get to see the doctor that I'm scheduled with. That's after waiting over a hour past appointment time. The front desk lady was rude to my family. All, on separate occasions.

I have been waiting for 5 days now , for prescription refills.5 days without my high blood pressure medication.They act as if it's some kind of pain killer they are prescribing.The care from this staff has been a steady decline for a couple of years now.Guess it's time for a new dr office.One that has staff that actually works.Update: they filled the wrong prescription, still waiting on the correct one's to be filled.

Unethical business. They hold monthly prescriptions hostage. I run out 6+ times a year despite calls from myself and pharmacy. Sarah is a horrible receptionist who makes promises but then doesn't borate them so subsequent calls are made before a refill is made, despite my best efforts and appropriate lead time. I requested a refill before Christmas, then again on Dec 29 for a med I was due that I'd been taking over 5 years, yet they had no record of my requests or my pharmacy calling. I have been seen in office 10+ times in past year by nurses, PAs, and other NPs, but I haven't seen my doctor in over a year as though I am being avoided.
