This place is so unprofessional and I’m a new patient!! I had an appointment last Friday for pregnancy Test and ask to be on birth control… I’ve been calling everyday till today as well for my results and when would I start my BC!! Why do i have to call y’all everyday for my results I shouldve gotten it Tuesday or Wednesday ??? It’s always we’re waiting on the results or the doctor still hasn’t finalized the BC?? Like what just unprofessional never would come here again
I been coming here for years. But, no longer. I never get to see the doctor that I'm scheduled with. That's after waiting over a hour past appointment time. The front desk lady was rude to my family. All, on separate occasions.
I have been waiting for 5 days now , for prescription refills.5 days without my high blood pressure medication.They act as if it's some kind of pain killer they are prescribing.The care from this staff has been a steady decline for a couple of years now.Guess it's time for a new dr office.One that has staff that actually works.Update: they filled the wrong prescription, still waiting on the correct one's to be filled.
