Just finished treatment for hip pain. I’ve gone to chiropractors for years but only Dr Clark and Josh actually teach me how to care for my body so as not to need to have bones cracked every week. I will always go to these guys first from now on!
I had to make a change and work remote. After a month and a half of this transition I started to feel gradual pain in my neck. Then lumps and knots appeared. They were hot and tender to the touch. The fatigue and pain was beginning to be unbearable. It hurt to move my hair! There was even a knot right around the back of my skull. Google search was not kind and raised my anxiety level.
