Erick Sandoval and Joseph came out to my house after a back and fourth with office and Lennox and installed a new unit in my attic. These guys are what should be representing any company out there. Really cared about the situation and the customer. Texas ace should be proud to have these two men on there team. If all others would follow these guys lead and take heed the world would be a better place. Thank you Erick and Joseph for the professionalism and the courtesy you shown to me. That’s the way business is done!!!

Mike Boyd came out to see why the Lennox thermostat wouldn’t connect with the app. Called residential service who walked us through steps that were not successful. Tried to call Lennox dealer service number. Stayed on hold for 45 minutes. Bailed. Not Mike’s fault. Lennox fault. Mike was good to go.
Jacob was awesome, our AC had gone out and he came out and was quickly able to identify the issue and had us up and running very quickly. Was also very professional and courtoues....top notch
