LA Fitness falls short of expectations. While it offers a variety of equipment and classes, the overall experience is lacking. The facilities often feel overcrowded and unclean, with equipment in need of maintenance. Additionally, customer service can be subpar, with long wait times and unresponsive staff. It's an average gym with room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
Has a lot of great equipment, plenty of machines to use. The sauna is nice too. But always dirty. Gunk on the floors and in between cracks in the machines. I don’t think I’ve seen cleaning personnel once. Also constantly feels muggy as if the A/C is not on.
Staff is very friendly. Always very polite. Review is based on how extremely dirty the bikes are in spin class. They need a full blow detail bc these are arguably the worst bikes I’ve seen in over 13yrs I’ve been a member. Please address and I will update review.
