Had high hopes for this place as when we bought our membership the gym was being remodeled.
Thank goodness we got a special because we will not be renewing our membership. The gym is dirty. There is dust and dirt caked in equipment the locker rooms are nasty. A good cleaning and then upkeep would go a long way.
The pool and sauna area is really nasty.
I read the reviews before the remodel and should have listened. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Remodeling doesn't so any good if you don't keep the place clean. The gym itself was excellent and had all the equipment I needed for a great workout. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized, and there was plenty of variety whether you’re into strength training or cardio. The atmosphere was friendly, and I had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quality place to work out.
I had a great experience at the 24 Hour Fitness on Hardin. Alijah helped me troubleshoot an app login issue and really went the extra mile to get it figured out. He was patient, professional, and made the process much easier than expected.
The gym itself was clean and had everything I needed for a good workout. Overall, great customer service and a solid facility. I will definitely keep coming back to this location.
