Nena, was a stray dog that found us on a cold February afternoon and ever since that moment she stole our hearts. “I love this place. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for around 7 years. The staff is friendly and patient with my little ankle biters. They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.“

“Took our Shih Tzu there for the first time. She was SO happy when we got there. The employees where really nice and open about Cookies experience and time there. I love that they have an OPEN concept. Where you walk in and can see them grooming the pets right in front. We got a hair cut, nails cut, anal gland cleaning, and tooth cleaning. For a long time I was doing the grooming myself because I tend to be very nervous about who I leave my dog with. I'm glad I found this place because I got to a point my dog was not letting me touch her paws and her nails needed cutting real bad. They did a great job all around, she was clean and her hair cut is even and exactly what we asked for. Her nails are the perfect length now. They also added the cutest little bow to her! I know they treated her well because she was so happy when we arrived and I know my dog will get depressed if left around the wrong people. So glad she's okay and so happy with the job they did!“

Despite being busy, she took her time to examine Cheeto, explain what was going on, and answer questions. We are new to the area and are excited to establish with Dr. Jones at CityVet for our pet wellness care. Their facilities are super nice and the staff and Drs. are even nicer.“

“I have been taking my senior dog, Sawyer, here on a regular basis. Everyone here is so nice and caring. They do a great job, especially since he’s an “old man” and set in his ways. They are careful with him and he always comes home smelling so good! They work with scheduling and I cannot recommend them enough!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!“
