When my senior pittie was in her last days, they handled her with love, grace and kindness. she felt that love until the very end. It meant the world to us. Now, with my senior chihuahua, they love her so much, are so gentle and attentive to her. They aren't just vet techs, or friends, we consider them a part of our family. “This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“I have come here about 4-5 times now and each time I leave liking them more and more. One time I walked in and could hear the groomers in the back area baby-talking to the pups as they groom- which shows me they are true dog people. They always remember my dog’s name, which makes the experience feel so personal. They’re also great about sticking to the timeframe they give and always have him ready when promised. Reliable, friendly, and they do a great job every time. I’m just so grateful I found this place!!“

“I have used Good Dog for years. For short/long overnight stays and for daycare. They are the only place in town that I will trust with my dog. Their prices are reasonable and I like that each dog gets their own little area for overnight stays. The staff are always friendly and do a great job remembering the little things with my dog and sending me photo updates when she is boarded!“

“Dr. Shannon is the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have a whole zoo at our house, and we trust her with each of our furry family members.
We’ve had our pets go through highs and true lows, and each time we’ve been more than comfortable with their care in Dr. Shannon’s hands. You can tell she loves what she does as well as each of her patients. She goes above and beyond, will literally get on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, and has kind and patient energy.

“Much much better experience than a couple of years ago. My dog had a bad experience, but there was also a different crew at the time. I’m not sure what had happened. Fast forward to June 2026, and Hannah, Alyson, Lizeth, Bee, & Chasity were willing to work with my little dog, Trip, who needed some TLC to make this a good experience for him and they did just that. The ladies said to give them a chance to work with Trip to make his stay comfortable, I took them at their word, and they exceeded expectations!!! Aly was very reassuring and I appreciate the email updates and photos from Lizeth and the other ladies to set my mind at ease. These ladies were so wonderful with him. When it was time for pickup, I don’t think Trip wanted to leave, lol. I now highly recommend NSAC for boarding and hopefully that will remain. As long as these lovely ladies are here, I will bring Trip back.“

“Had an incident where I dropped a medication on my cats head that turned out to be super toxic to cats. I went to 4 different vets and none of them would take walk ins for me. Then I called here. From the start they were so incredibly nice and got me in within an hour. I ended up leaving my kitty there for the day so they could watch over her and she turned out to be just fine. The professionalism and comfort of this place is unmatched. Thank you to everyone who works at this vet for taking care of so many animals. And now this will be my primary vet for sure!“
