“Not only do they have the best vet, Dr. Purkey, they have the best vet techs. Specifically, Sarrah, Samara and Gracie. They are some of the kindest and compassionate people we know. When my senior pittie was in her last days, they handled her with love, grace and kindness. she felt that love until the very end. It meant the world to us. Now, with my senior chihuahua, they love her so much, are so gentle and attentive to her. They aren't just vet techs, or friends, we consider them a part of our family. I cannot thank them enough for all they do!“

“I recently decided to switch groomers bc our previous groomer switched to an answering service and now I can’t get a hold of anyone let alone set up an appointment. So I asked around and was recommended to Graceful Pet Grooming. I was able to book online for an appointment within just a few days. My girl looked so cute when she came out of there. But also they were able to trim her nails which has always been an issue with other groomers. I feel like my baby has found a new salon lol. “Had an incident where I dropped a medication on my cats head that turned out to be super toxic to cats. I went to 4 different vets and none of them would take walk ins for me. Then I called here. From the start they were so incredibly nice and got me in within an hour. I ended up leaving my kitty there for the day so they could watch over her and she turned out to be just fine. “Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!“

Zeke is a four year-old miniature Aussie Shepherd, and ever since we’ve owned them for the last three years we’ve always given him just a trim and left him long hair. This time because of the extreme heat …we asked Sora, His stylus to clip him much shorter so that he could be comfortable when he goes outside.. She did a wonderful job. Zeke is very comfortable with her and he really appreciates her wonderful treatment. He looks beautiful. He was happy when I came to pick him up and Look like she had any bite marks on …just joking. “Dr. Shannon is the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have a whole zoo at our house, and we trust her with each of our furry family members.
We’ve had our pets go through highs and true lows, and each time we’ve been more than comfortable with their care in Dr. Shannon’s hands. You can tell she loves what she does as well as each of her patients. She goes above and beyond, will literally get on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, and has kind and patient energy.

“Had taken my English bulldog for grooming. They did a fantastic job cleaning him thoroughly as his ears were really dirty and definitely needed a deep clean. They were pretty reasonable with their prices and offered great customer service along with great pet care and definitely know what they’re doing.“

“We boarded, as well as used Hoffs Hounds day play for our fur baby and I can’t say enough great things about this place! Our fur baby was very well taken care of, she played so much with the staff. The staff here are great! They know my fur baby by name (Freya) and they are always enthusiastic to see her! They took great care of her. And were always there to answer any questions I had. I was always leery boarding her, but, Ashley and her staff eased my worries. I love that we are also able to see her with cameras everywhere! I will only and always choose Hoffs Hounds for my fur baby from here on out! 10/10. Freya loves them, so do we!“

“I have used Good Dog for years. For short/long overnight stays and for daycare. They are the only place in town that I will trust with my dog. Their prices are reasonable and I like that each dog gets their own little area for overnight stays. The staff are always friendly and do a great job remembering the little things with my dog and sending me photo updates when she is boarded!“

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“I brought my cat here after taking him to an emergency vet on the advice of an office admin here.

They were incredibly professional and kind throughout my entire time interacting with the staff.

Unfortunately my cat did not survive his illness and I cannot overstate how nice and accommodating the staff was. Dr. Powers in particular I remember but the vet technicians were also very nice to me and my cat.

I know they did everything they could and I would recommend this office to any pet owner.“
