“We got Jackson as a rescue dog and from the day we brought him home our 8 year old was terrified of him. He is an 80lb puppy and he would jump and bark and grab at your feet with his mouth. He really had some work needing to be done and we didn't know where to start. After calling K9 citizens club and working with Marcus we not only learned that Jackson needed some training but we did as well. Marcus gave us the knowledge we needed to teach Jackson and to build a strong bond with him. It's been 2 months and the difference is night and day with this puppy. “WOW I had Kori come by for nail trim on my scaredy-cat kitten and my hissy fit princess cat. I have no idea how she managed to escape scratch and bite free, ear cleaned them both, and was able to get all paws and claws trimmed. She was very patient, kind, and professional. She had a calm presence s d a way of slowly making my cats trust her just enough ;) I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend them! I love that they drive to your house where the cat is already in their safe space. Everything was easy and smooth. They take credit card :)“

“I won’t say where my puppers last stayed when we had to board them, but I will say how extremely HAPPY we are to have found Jin’s bed and biscuits!! My puppers came home, yes exhausted, but still happy, acting like their normal selves, and were in no hurry to leave!!! The facility is so warm and welcoming, I wasn’t rushed at any point and when I picked them up it was obvious they spent time with my babies!!! I have already booked them for their next stay! “I was looking for a vet clinic near me and after reading the great reviews I decided to try this clinic out. I had been going to Banfield for the last 5 years and I wasn't getting the personalized service that I wanted for Bela. I booked and pre-paid for my appointment. When I arrived, I felt as though I had walked back in time. Like when the small-town vet would come to your home and show genuine concern for whatever ails your pet. I was met by Jeremy the P.A. who walked me and Bela into the Green Room. He was genuinely concerned with the issues that Bela had and took notes. He stated that Dr. Fowler would be coming in to discuss options and treatment for her anal glands problem. When I met Dr Fowler, she showed compassion and a passion for helping my Bela. She does not rush her time with you. She covers all options, treatments and possible side effects. She completely gives you all the information you need to make a decision. I felt an immediate bond that comes with a gut instinct that I could trust her completely with my Bela. The pricing was affordable for me since I live on a limited income. My only regret was that I had not found this place sooner. I was told by Banfield that there was nothing more they could do for Bela's condition with her anal glands. I was not told this by the vet, but from the receptionist, since the Dr would not come out to see me. But Dr Fowler stays with you in the room and explains everything. I was confident with the care Bela was shown, that I also booked a grooming appointment for her. A service that they offer here as well. I want to thank the entire staff, not to forget the ladies at the front desk who also were very helpful with the booking of Bela's grooming. I am confident that Bela will receive the high level of care, that she deserves in her senior years. Thank you all for the passion you have in helping pets that have no voice. And for your understanding in calming parents that are having a fear of the unknown that follows with meds, procedures and expectations. I can honestly say I will not hear there is nothing we can do as I was told at Banfield. Here they actually help you find a solution. “Just moved to the area and needed a vet for shots for grooming. Got an appointment within 2 weeks. Lobby is very open and clean. Separate entrance for cats. They have their own parking lot and grassy area. Had an appointment at 2 and was in a room by 2:10. Only had to wait because of a difficult dog in the lobby that took multiple staff. Vet tech and doctor were very friendly and efficient. Paid and out the door by 2:45. A week later They sent a handwritten card with a note from everyone that saw my dog welcoming us to the vet.“

“Lizzy was our groomer and she did a great job with our girl! She cleaned up her mats without shaving her and cut her exactly the way I had asked, we will definitely be coming back!They also offer “curbside” so I was able to call them when I parked and they brought Bee out to my car and I paid from my car. This was extremely helpful so I didn’t have to unload my baby from her car seat and have to bring her in!“
