From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and truly listened to how I wanted my fur baby’s haircut. Not only did they follow my requests perfectly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure Heart felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the grooming session. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine love for animals were evident in every aspect of their service. Heart came out looking absolutely adorable, and I could tell she was happy and relaxed! We had the best experience here! Superior customer service from their friendly staff! Our big golden doodle was very well taken care of and the cut was exactly as we requested! After going there I can’t imagine bringing our dog anywhere else!
They took really good care of my 16yr old senior dog! I tried several places before finding them, none has ever been better than Tails Agogo or nowhere close in comparison. I am so glad my Girly was able to be groomed by them until her passing. It was a relief to know they cared so much about her safety and wellbeing. If you have a senior dog.... go here for sure!
