I just rescued my sweet boy 2 months ago. He is a large dog and I was worried he would be too anxious. The staff did a great job working with him. I’ve been a happy petBar Alamo Heights customer for about 3 years. I am super picky about my maltipoo’s groom and our usual groomer Marianne always exceeds my expectations. However, Marianne is away right now and I’ve recently moved to Austin, so I haven’t been to petBar Alamo Heights in about 6 months. I went to another petBar location in Austin and I wasn’t pleased and haven’t went back since. However, I came to San Antonio and my maltipoo got a full groom from Carlos and Carlos has truly also exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased and his cut looks AMAZING! It was our first time here today. The girls at the front were very welcoming and kind. Three of my pups got groomed by Carlos and I think we are hooked! They look perfect ! I get nervous with them bc they get nervous and we have to drug them a bit but I am very happy with the results ! He is wonderful and listened to all of my call outs.
