“I was referred to Brad Black the VP on the team at High Performance Roofing through my insurance agent. I value honest transparent discussions and recommendations based on my situation. Brad and team certainly succeeded in achieving that. As opposed to pressuring me towards filing an unnecessary roof claim we shifted focus to repairs (repairs cost less than deductible) which was minor and saved me thousands out of pocket. Additionally, Brad conducted an exterior inspection of my house and provided an assessment on windows as many required replacement. Similarly, Brad was transparent with the windows discussion and was more educating as opposed to pressuring as you will encounter with many window sales people. The pricing was certainly in the realm of reasonable with market. I consider the difference I could have saved as value I received from Brad and team!

“We would recommend Valley Ridge. The company replaced our roof and acted as GC for other related work in connection with significant hailstorm damage in 2023. We recently experienced some leaking and reached out to the company. They were very responsive and evaluated with issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the work they performed in 2023, so not strictly warranty work. Regardless, they arranged tradespeople to address the problem and coordinated the billing.
