Jon Townsend reroofed 2 of our properties after the hail storm. I liked how he represented himself and that he is a local company that stands for its work. His offer entailed most/all of the items I could discern that other companies had offered, at a good price. He also explained and educated me. The estimates seemed fair, he offered to wait for 2nd 50%, the final payment, until after the insurance was settled. He followed up promptly with written estimates and contracts. Jon and his team did an awesome job here in the pflugerville area.He came recommended by a friend and he his team did not disappoint and when asked if his team could do a follow-up after a recent hail storm. They did not hesitate to come over right away to check on our roof. I would use them again.
