“I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.“

“I cannot thank Dr. Mandava and the team at North Lewisville Animal Clinic enough. My husband picked up our Poodle, Roscoe, from the groomers and noticed his eyes were red. The groomer claimed it was just allergies, but within minutes, it became a terrifying situation—Roscoe couldn't see and was walking into things.
​I called the clinic in a panic. The receptionist was, as always, so kind and immediately told us to come straight in. Dr. Mandava saw us right away. He was incredibly gentle with Roscoe, who stayed calm and actually loves coming to this clinic! Dr. Mandava used drops and a light to carefully examine him, assuring me there were no cuts or scrapes. He diagnosed it as a reaction to shampoo getting in his eyes.
​He prescribed antibiotics and directed me on how to use a saline flush. Roscoe started improving quickly and was fully healed within a few days. I am so grateful for Dr. Mandava’s expertise and the kindness of the entire staff. Highly recommend!“
