A special thank you to PT Shilpa, who went above and beyond to help with communication in a language that was easier and more comfortable for my mother-in-law. This made the entire process much smoother for her and helped her feel understood, comfortable, and supported. We truly appreciate that extra effort and kindness.

A special thank you as well to Jeannie, our case manager, who made the entire discharge process so smooth and helped us navigate everything with such patience and care. She was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful process much easier for us.

And I want to make sure to acknowledge every single member of the team, including housekeeping, the front desk, support staff, and the kitchen team. Every role matters, and together you created an environment where we felt cared for and supported.

“I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Metz, and after a few visits I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care & so grateful I joined.

Previously, I’d spent many years with another primary care practice in Austin where the quality of care was steadily declining. Every appointment felt increasingly rushed, and conversations rarely got beyond the surface. When my lab work wasn’t where I wanted it to be, I'd end up receiving the same generic advice instead of digging into WHY things weren’t improving or what we should try next.

During my first few appointments with Dr. Metz, I immediately noticed a huge difference. She took plenty of time to get to know me, my health history, and my goals. I came out of each appointment assured, with a clear plan for both the short and long term... always knowing what the next step was.

One last item I want to call out: how incredibly easy communication has been with Dr. Metz between appointments.

Being able to send a text and get a thoughtful response feels like the way it should be... instead of navigating a clunky patient portal, waiting days for a reply, and not knowing who it’s coming from. This aspect feels like healthcare that’s built around the patient... as opposed to a system the patient is simply plugged in to. Which is amazing.
