I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Metz, and after a few visits I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care & so grateful I joined.

Previously, I’d spent many years with another primary care practice in Austin where the quality of care was steadily declining. Every appointment felt increasingly rushed, and conversations rarely got beyond the surface. When my lab work wasn’t where I wanted it to be, I'd end up receiving the same generic advice instead of digging into WHY things weren’t improving or what we should try next.

I joined this practice last week and am so glad I did. The process was very easy . Dr. Ikbal’s professionalism and bedside manner shine through! I am thrilled to have her as my new doctor and look forward to her taking over my medical needs!
