They work together seamlessly to motivate patients, teach helpful techniques, and ensure a smooth transition back home. Visitors are welcome from 8am to 8pm daily. One reviewer's mother had a "phenomenal" experience, noting the hands-on rehabilitation, kind and knowledgeable staff, and even great-tasting food. Another patient was amazed by the "genuine concern" and commitment of "literally EVERY single staff member," from assisting with daily tasks to providing life-changing therapy. A third patient who stayed for 10 days after a hip surgery gave the facility 5 stars, deeply grateful for the outstanding, coordinated care from 29 different highly trained professionals. The food is delicious. Absolutely everyone was amazing. They were professional, so friendly and their work ethics were amazing. The nurses, therapists, management are all exceptionally capable, caring and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the facility is spotless.

We discharged my 91-year-old mom from Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Lakeway today after 13 days of hip fracture rehab. I’ve never encountered a more efficient, well-run facility in healthcare or any industry. The entire team was warm, caring, and deeply invested—daily huddles ensured perfect coordination, and everyone genuinely enjoyed helping patients. Mom came home stronger physically and mentally than before the injury, with renewed mobility, confidence, and even new friends among this talented, youthful staff. We feel so blessed she recovered under their loving, expert care. Thank you, BSW Rehab - Lakeway team—you’re outstanding! Highly recommend.
Wonderful facility! They took the best care of my daughter!! Her doctor was amazing!! She recognized that my daughter was young, and had different sleep habits from older people. She immediately put orders into place for everything to start at a later time. Her therapists were absolutely precious! They were all young and energetic, so their energy helped my daughter to work harder. She got to come home on July 5th. If not for all of the wonderful staff there, I don’t feel we would have been as lucky. From the person at the front door, to the nurses, the therapists, the case manager, and Dr. A, we couldn’t have asked for a better team or experience! Thanks to all of you for everything!! We give this rehab facility 100 stars!! Hopefully, we won’t ever need you again, but if we do, we refuse to go anywhere else!
