“Great friendly staff. I’m hard of hearing, and rely heavily on lip-reading among other tools. They were great at making sure to face me when speaking to me. They didn’t act all awkward like some people do when I mention my hearing loss. I’d def recommend them to anyone who needs Phys. Therapy. My husband also goes to them, and he also thinks they’re a great place to go to.”
“Jessica has been incredible. In the past, I’ve struggled to stick with physical therapy because I didn’t connect with my therapists, but she’s truly great at what she does. She’s patient and kind, even when I hesitate with the exercises because of my own self-confidence issues (I sometimes feel dumb but that’s on me, not her). She handles everything with understanding and professionalism, and I genuinely appreciate her. I know I wouldn’t have stayed committed this long if I’d been working with anyone else.”
