Presidio completely replaced and upgraded our roof in July 2018 w/ Owens Corning Oakridge. Roof has a very good warranty. Recently a soliciting company stopped by and claimed we needed to replace our roof and that all I needed to do was “sign”. Decided to call Presidio, as they did a remarkable job on our roof back in 2018 and I would want the same color/quality I received then. Plus, it hasn’t been 5 years, no major storm -why do I need a roof?!Long story short, Nick came out first thing and inspected our roof and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.
