My glasses needed repair. Carolina approached me as soon as I entered the eye care center. She not only repaired my glasses they felt better on my face than when I first got them. She was very much a wonderful person. And I’d recommend that you come and see her and experience her warm personality.
This walmart optical is always friendly and well organized with plenty of options and price points to choose from.Carolina was welcoming, patient and knowledgeable, both when I was picking frames as well as when I picked them up. She made sure they were comfortable and sat evenly.
Went in to get my daughter’s glasses fixed, and Caroline Sarmiento had us in and out! She made sure to check for any other flaws the glasses might have had before sending us off. Great experience! Definitely going again for any glasses repairs.
