“Kyle came out and did my initial quote for a 50 amp generator inlet install. He offered to install a whole home surge protector while they were doing the inlet install with no additional labor cost. Kyle was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. He got back to me two days later with a very fair quote. After accepting the quote I was quickly put on the schedule. Charles was the electrician who did the actual install. He came to my home, introduced himself, explained what he was going to be doing all while being very polite and professional. I had to leave before he could finish so he quickly took the time time to explain to me how to operate the things he’d be installing while I was there. That small gesture went a long way. He could’ve just let me “figure it out” or left instructions, but he wanted to make sure I knew how to operate it.Overall I was very satisfied with the entire process.
