Kyle came out and did my initial quote for a 50 amp generator inlet install. He offered to install a whole home surge protector while they were doing the inlet install with no additional labor cost. Kyle was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. He got back to me two days later with a very fair quote. After accepting the quote I was quickly put on the schedule. Charles was the electrician who did the actual install. He came to my home, introduced himself, explained what he was going to be doing all while being very polite and professional. Great work done by these guys. They quickly scheduled me and offered a realistic estimate. Once they got here they quickly (less than a minute) found the issue and corrected it even after another contractor had assured me there was a greater problem taking place. My issue is fully resolved and I am totally satisfied with the work.
