He quickly identified and resolved the issue, and now I have working outlet in my hallway for the first time in six years! Alden answered every question I had about various topics, such as the original wired security system, our aging breaker boxes, and the potential to add new outlets in the bathroom. He also conducted a safety check on our house (it was built 20+ years ago), and I feel much better knowing that things are in good order.
