I got an appointment much sooner than I anticipated. Ben was very thorough. His evaluation was very detailed and he explained what the problem was and how it needed to be repaired. I would use them again and am confident they would do a great job with any plumbing problem.
They were amazing and came out last second for an HVAC emergency! They did a great job and Russell was very professional and efficient. They are fairly overpriced but it was worth it in the end.
Russel Dean helped with my plumbing. Great guy who definitely knew what he was doing and fixed the issues. He also gave great recommendations for future services. Straightforward with options and how much things would cost. I will be using Polly plumbing again.
