“I have been to several Optometrists throughout the mid-cities and none of them come close to the customer service that you receive at My Eye Doctor in Keller. From the time I entered the facility the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. Then the testing with the Optometrist's assistant was very professional and she seemed very knowledgeable and had time to answer any/all questions I had. Then the best part, Dr Dugas was the most professional, spent time to discuss what she saw during the testing, and gave very clear options for the path forward. I did not feel like I was in a high volume Optometrists office like I had at the last couple that I had visited where I felt like a number rather than a patient. Rush them in/rush them out doesn't happen with Dr Dugas. I have found my Forever Optometrist.“
