I have been to several Optometrists throughout the mid-cities and none of them come close to the customer service that you receive at My Eye Doctor in Keller.From the time I entered the facility the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite.Then the testing with the Optometrist's assistant was very professional and she seemed very knowledgeable and had time to answer any/all questions I had.Then the best part, Dr Dugas was the most professional, spent time to discuss what she saw during the testing, and gave very clear options for the path forward. Dr. Dugas is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been doing to her for at least four years. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.

I cannot recommend Dr. Dugas enough! She has great rapport and is personable, is very thorough, and it is obvious that this lady knows her stuff! She caught a rare condition in my son several years ago and I will always trust her. Seriously, we've moved away and still drive back to see her every year!
