“I called and spoke with Robert. I explained my problem, and he suggested I contact Encore first, as if they could fix it, it would be free. Who does that??? He did.
It turns out I needed a repair. Encore turned off my power to the house due to fire hazard. The office is close to my house, so Robert was there within minutes. Because of his speed, he was able to make the repair while the Encore repairman was still there. This avoided me having to do a reconnection which might have left me without power for hours or days.

Total cost was a bit more than what those guys in the bright yellow and red trucks charge to replace one fan/light fixture. “When we bought a house in Fort Worth one year ago, Jonathan and his team raised outlets in almost every room so we could mount smart TVs. They also installed outlets near toilets on both floors so we could add bidets. They are not like other contractors! Such nice and polite and professional young men that actually seem to really love what they are doing! So when we had a dry bar custom built, there was only one electrician to call! They raised multiple outlets again, added under cabinet lights, and LED lights inside the new cabinets. While here, they added two amazing LED can lights to my husband’s office, along with a new switch. I offered to put music on for them as they worked and they requested worship music. ‘Nuff said! This speaks volumes about the quality of young men that work here. Save these names - Jonathan (owner), Malachi, and JP. These are wonderful men that work so very well together! I must say that these guys are the only contractors that I’m actually SAD when they leave! I can’t wait until we need them again!“

They also installed a new plug in for my smoker as it went out. They were only here maybe a little over an hour and they got it all done. We will be using them for our electric jobs in the future. “Pros: Called this Company on Tuesday of this week and there were able to come to my home and install my Generator Transfer Switch the NEXT day.

Was very professional! We tested everything before they left and had no problems.

“Originally diagnosed as a breaker box issue and the quoted me a price. After replacing the box it turned out there were significant compromised wiring issues. All wiring was under the house and I told them I was through and would get by on extension cords. Regardless they showed up the next morning at 7:30 and said they wanted to make it right and would do so original quote! 2.5 hours later all plugs are back up and working.
