They were very polite on the phone, I had a clogged pipe from an HVAC condensation line and they had a special for $63 to clean the clog. They offered same day service and the tech called to let me know when he would be at my residence and showed up on time. The not so good was I also asked what it would cost to replace a kitchen faucet, it was the exact model, a basic plug and play and the estimate for that was $500. So, the drain cleaning, great price, faucet installation, not so much. Very professional and polite and I’d definitely consider them again.
Riley kept me informed on his arrival time. He was courteous and put on protective feet covering when he came into the house he answered my questions and discovered that he needed to get his supervisor in to answer the more difficult ones which he called and kept me up-to-date on his arrival
