I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the terrible communication over the price. I had 2 ceiling fans that I purchased to be installed on my covered patio. I explained the outlet and lighting situation and was quoted a price of $500 to $700. On July 28, Thursday, after the electrician decided how he wanted to do the job, he said this was a bigger job than his boss thought. They worked a few hours and left. The next day, Friday, July 29, the electrician said his boss was coming to look at the job. His boss told me it would be more money and I said okay, how much more? I explained the outlet and lighting situation and was quoted a price of $500 to $700. On July 28, Thursday, after the electrician decided how he wanted to do the job, he said this was a bigger job than his boss thought. They worked a few hours and left. The next day, Friday, July 29, the electrician said his boss was coming to look at the job. His boss told me it would be more money and I said okay, how much more? He said he didn't know until the electrician finished. After the electrician finished at 2:25 PM on Friday. I asked how much and was ready to write the check, but he said I don't know. At this point, I am very unhappy. On Monday, I called to ask about the price and was told again, I don't know the price. The gentleman said there was no one to ask. At this point, I told him about how I didn't ask for the way they put it in and was not told it was going to be more until it was halfway done. The work is very good, but the electrician did more than I needed by putting it on a switch. He said he understood. On Saturday, August 6, I received a bill for $1,037.43. I am not happy with this and don't believe it is a fair price. It is in my opinion that it should not be more $200 more.Service: Fan installation
