Circle A Electric is a professional business known for their fantastic customer service. They handle all aspects of a job, from obtaining permits to coordinating with other companies. They are quick to respond to emergencies, such as fixing low voltage lines to A/C units, and are praised for their installation services. One customer highly recommends them for their helpfulness and excellent job during the installation of a new generator.
Pros: Called this Company on Tuesday of this week and there were able to come to my home and install my Generator Transfer Switch the NEXT day.
Was very professional! We tested everything before they left and had no problems.
Cons: Only thing I can say is, the price was a little higher than my 3 other offers, BUT they were the only company that could fit me before the storm hit.
Circle A did a terrific job. They did exactly what we wanted and got it all done on a timely basis. All of their people are very polite and respectful of your property. I could not recommend them more. We tried doing this with a different company and they were impossible to work with. Thank goodness I found Circle A.
The Circle A team is everything you could ask for and more. They have gone above and beyond for us. Robert acts with urgency and gets things done as quickly as possible and Karen is always available for scheduling and answering any questions.
