The Texas Eye Institute provides efficient and professional care to its patients. The doctors, including Dr. Bulan, take the time to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. While parking may be a challenge due to construction, the wonderful doctors and staff make up for it, providing great care and a positive experience. The office staff are friendly and kind. Patients are promptly scheduled for surgery. The doctors, especially Dr. Bulan, are excellent professionals who provide exceptional care. Patients, including adults and children, have a great experience at the Texas Eye Institute and highly recommend it.
I am 62 and was referred to Dr.Bulan Since he is a pediatric ophthalmologist,most of his patients are probably under the age of 5. I was told he was the best in Houston for adult strabismus.
The office staff were friendly and kind. I was promptly scheduled the following day for surgery in September. I look forward to my surgery knowing my eyes are in the best hands!
UPDATE I had my surgery and could not be more pleased and grateful for Dr Bulan and his expertise. I had no idea how much vision I had lost. I woke up to that feeling the first time you put on a pair of glasses. My depth perception is back and I see almost perfectly after only one week.
Always have great experience! The entire staff is super friendly and attentive.. Dr. Bulan always takes time to examine my daughter V vision progress.. never feel rushed or as number.. Definitely recommend to anyone!
Dr. Glenn E. Bulan is an excellent professional, he helped our 1 year and 3 month old daughter with her eye surgery, she had a blocked tear duct and now she is doing great thanks to him.
