Gil was fantastic, came out to evaluate my possible mold and water damage. He spent almost an hour in my boiling hot attic diagnosing the issue. Found out that i have some water overflow from my hvac unit. Ruled out mold and spoke to my HVAC tech to let him know what needed fixed. To even top it off he didn't charge me a dime. You don't find people like this everyday. Recommend recommend!
I cannot recommend High Touch Restoration enough. They were simply amazing. We had a rat chew through the pipes in the attic in a couple of places. We woke one morning to water pouring down the hallway walls. I called High Touch at about 10:00 that morning. Gil showed up by 11:00 and worked until 1:00am moving things out of closets, tearing down wet walls, and setting up drying fans. He was so kind and hardworking. He worked with us and the insurance company, and was able get everything necessary. Once everything was approved Gil was there getting everything restored for us. He was so competent and thorough, he even repaired some issues that weren't taken care of by a different company we had do work after the freeze caused a broken pipe in our laundry room.The most amazing part is that he kept to his schedule. If anything came up, and he was running even a little bit late, he would call. I have worked with different contractors over the years for different projects, and have never had one anywhere near as easy to work with as Gil was. He was so reliable, hardworking and friendly that we feel like he became a friend. Gil with High Touch Restoration is AMAZING. We reached out to him initially during the holidays last year when our office building flooded. He did a very thorough inspection to help us detect the source of the leak. After months of insurance fights, we were finally ready to get the work done. Gil came out the next day and got the ball rolling! He was very thorough and did a lot of tests to make sure our other crew (roofing and masonry) was doing what they needed to so that the room would not flood again. He definitely went above and beyond any of our expectations. He is honest, fair, and does incredible work.Services: Flood restoration
