“Gil was fantastic, came out to evaluate my possible mold and water damage. He spent almost an hour in my boiling hot attic diagnosing the issue. Found out that i have some water overflow from my hvac unit. Ruled out mold and spoke to my HVAC tech to let him know what needed fixed. To even top it off he didn't charge me a dime. “5-Star Rating for a Job That Was Started but Never Finished???

Yes, this might be the first review of its kind. I cannot say enough great things about Brooks Construction Group, especially Mr. Trey Brooks. My elderly cousin’s house was badly damaged by a busted pipe in the attic, which flooded both the upstairs and downstairs. Brooks Construction was recommended by a friend and also by my cousin's insurance company. After reading many great reviews on Google and Houzz, we decided to use them to repair and remodel the entire house.

A few weeks into the job, my cousin decided that she was too old and couldn’t afford the risk of taking out a home equity loan to fix her house. I reached out to Mr. Trey Brooks on her behalf to stop the project and explain her situation. Mr. Brooks was very compassionate and understanding. He offered to return any materials that were returnable and also helped my cousin by giving her discounts on the tasks that had already been completed.

People and companies like Mr. Brooks are rare. From the management to the workers, everyone exceeded my expectations. The workers were friendly, punctual, and respectful of her home. They also made sure to clean up at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated.

“Let me start by saying that our experience with Tico Home Remodeling was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word. I could easily write a novel about what happened, but the night before the project was to start we discovered a water leak. This began an odyssey of plumbers, leak detection, and remediation specialists that Gus and the Tico team had to coordinate with and work around. I know they didn’t bargain for this, but they were very understanding, flexible, and professional.

What started as a floor replacement, turned into a complete interior painting job and shower repair, and Gus and Tico handled the extra work quickly and at a reasonable price. Special shout outs to Nelson and Edwin who did the demo and tile work, Pablo and Ray who did the painting, and Jose and others who repaired our shower stall. Also Luisa visited us to do the initial measurements and provide the quote. Everyone took pride in their work and answered our questions quickly.
