I rarely write reviews. Richard and Trey at Brooks have worked with me for months -- possibly years -- to fix a problem that was almost impossible to solve. They have been so kind, so patient, and so intent on getting that problem solved, which they did! I would place my life in their hands, but having them handle my HVAC issues is probably sufficient.
I appreciated how detailed the service was. The air duct cleaning was excellent, every air vent was cleaned thoroughly, the dryer vent cleaning was completed, the HVAC system was inspected, they discussed AC maintenance, and our indoor air quality feels much better.
Been going here for two years now and love it everytime. It is always upbeat and everyone there is fun to be around.
