I truly recommend this little place. It’s an ER care facility, so you may see different doctors or staff members, but I’ve been bringing my children here since COVID and I honestly wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. As a mother of multiple children, I can truly say the care and wait times have been amazing. I think about all the times I sat for hours at Texas Children’s just to be seen, while here my kids have always been seen much faster. Definitely a place I would recommend to other parents.
Call before going there.. here it says it’s closing at 5pm but they close at 4:30pm and they say they see the last patient by 4:00pm. Pathetic!! The staff at the counter sends you away giving different excuses..they don’t care.
This is a go to that is quicker than an ER with a nice,caring staff! Great for babies, toddlers and kids.Also anyone needing a good Hospital alternative. They always give adequate medications, I am grateful for this place. Dr. Joy and Dr. Ana are outstanding with great care to your needs.
