Mirna was such an amazing help to me?This morning, as I was checking in to get my workout for the day.She helped me to get my online account reestablished, so that I don't have to always give them my phone number when I check in.She was amazing.Her customer service was on point, and i'm grateful that she was able to help me kudos to Mirna.
This location is such welcoming and the manger Heath is amazing goes above and beyond to accommodate. Front desk Mirna is very polite and always helpful and friendly. Very clean to be such a huge gym and lots of traffic as well! Definitely making my home gym.
Switching gyms while staying with LA Fitness, I honestly thought I would be hard-pressed to find the same kind of people who treated me with dignity and respect. Then I came to LA Fitness Marq*E.
Changing insurance became a real headache, and I wasn’t sure if I would still be able to afford my membership. But when I sat down with the staff, they already knew me personally, understood that my workouts mattered to me, and were ready and willing to help remove that stumbling block.
Heath and his staff worked diligently, even behind the scenes, to make sure my membership status was reinstated and that I could continue using the gym. That meant a lot to me.
